OK, so we are no longer running an online store, however, if you see something that we have posted on our website and would like it, but are not local, or simply not able to get in, please contact us and we will put a direct link up for you where you can purchase it.
Collect In Store - This option allows you to purchase the item and then collect in store when passing. We will keep the item until you can get in. We have been asked to do this on several occasions when we have run offers and people are not able to get in before the offer ends. You will not be charged any delivery costs and we will refund within 7 days if not suitable.
Courier - As the name suggests, this is a nationwide courier service. This is usually next day if ordered before 3pm, however, with the pandemic delivers can take a few days. Generally they are still usually 24-48 hours though. But please, at this time we ask for your patience.
Returns - We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if it is not right simply return your item within 7 days for a full refund (If you can’t return the item within 7 days, don’t panic, drop us a line we are here to help). If you would like to swap for a different size or colour please pop a note in with the item and we can call to discuss options if needed. Or email us the information.
